In addition to achieving planning gain on our own sites, we’re also busy working with landowners and developers, at no financial risk to them, to achieve valuable planning consents, either securing initial approvals or improving existing permissions, establishing important precedent on sites which enable development or further planning applications.
We work on the basis of there being NO COSTS to landowners..we only make any return for our work when we secure a planning consent!
