We are partnering with a large Family Trust holding several large estates /farms and looking to bring back this one particular farm having been abandoned previously by the Tenant, and to establish a
more viable use for the buildings. They have entrusted our team to look at how to preserve the Listed building assets whilst deriving value from the remaining ‘modern’ farm buildings on site.

This is a complex matter, and a detailed planning strategy has been adopted in order to ensure that the correct path is followed as the conversions of farm buildings and redevelopment, especially
around heritage assets are crucial….Under Class Q and Class R we have successfully secured consent for redevelopment of the site converting large existing modern barns into both residential units (8) and a significant amount of commercial floor space for office type uses.

Having securing these consents, we then looked at how best a redevelopment could contribute to
the preservation of the Heritage assets and improving the character of the Green Belt Landscape. Alongside our Heritage team, we evolved a wholesale redevelopment of the site, providing sensitive
conversions of the brick barns, and a complete remodel of the remaining sit
