2 bespoke designed homes on a small infill garden plot site, in a very desirable road in walkable distance to the town of Droitwich Spa.
We secured the site from the home owner and ran the planning process, securing consent for 2 substantial 3 storey dwellings.
These homes were built to Client specification on a Custom Homes basis. One client decided to deliver a highly sustainable A Rated home, acheiving the highest energy performance rating! (they also bought the electric car to accompany the solar PV panels!)
We managed an extremely high end finish to the homes including bespoke oak staircases, impressive fireplaces and internal fit outs.
Uniquely one of the homes featured an underground garage, inspired by the ‘bat cave’ which caught the buyers imagination.
