A Permission in Principle (PIP) application was used to establish the principal of development prior to tackling the extensive design and environmental assessment necessary to bring the site forward with a full consent. We now have principle consent for 3 homes in this desirable Worcestershire village and are working on providing a suitable scheme of new homes alongside the technical details to enable the site to come forward for new homes at the earliest opportunity.
The deal was agreed with the Landowner on the basis of an Option to Purchase and will be concluded once the technical details are settled. This one has been a relatively quick process from signing up with the landowner, a consent in less than 12months, which is often difficult to secure.
