As a follow-on scheme to our Hall Lane development in the thriving village of Harbury, we have successfully secured planning consent for a nearby greenfield site comprising five large detached homes set within spacious individual plots and a generously proportioned site layout.

Harbury is a highly desirable location, offering an excellent range of local amenities and community facilities. Its popularity and continued demand for high-quality housing encouraged us to pursue this additional development opportunity, resulting in an outstanding site for a collection of luxury family homes.

As is often the case, the planning process presented a number of challenges, requiring carefully considered technical solutions relating to highways, landscaping and heritage. The site is located on the edge of the village conservation area and lies outside the recognised development boundary, making the planning strategy particularly complex.

This planning permission was successfully secured by our team despite the site’s planning history, which included two previous planning refusals and subsequent appeal dismissals for applications submitted by the landowner before our involvement.
